A sustainable world needs leaders. We are currently living in an unsustainable way, with nature being over exploited, and planetary boundaries being exceeded. Climate change is threatening the well-being of ecosystems and societies.
The Leadership for Sustainable Change is a course about envisioning a sustainable world and how to achieve this goal. The course comprises three major parts, in which you will learn about the current sustainability challenges, leadership theories and practice, and reflect on sustainability learning, thinking, and action.
Learning goals:
- to understand what the great challenges of sustainability are and how they are related;
- to know how to lead change in complex systems, such as utilising circular economy;
- to learn what skills, knowledge and attitudes a professional change-maker needs;
- to learn how to make and collaborate on a concrete sustainability project plan.
